oOn fFebruary 27 1917 iI, oOfficer mMiller, was assiged as the oOfficer in the infirmary. iInmate wWebber was told not to do any cooking untill told to do so by oOfficer b bByrd. hHe said "don't cook the cookies untill iI get back from work."
