My teaching philosophy is to never give up on my students. I know we all have our own different talents and strengths. I have often seen teachers many times givinggive up on a learnerlearners just because they didn’t perform to theirmeet expectations. Patience is key, Ikey—I have seen how a student can haveundergo a transformation when the teacher is willing to commit themselves fully intoto spending time guiding the student through a difficult learning curve.

It made me want to shine notshine—not just to make myself proud, but also for the sake of my teachers, seeingafter I saw how much time, work and effort they had put into ensuring I do bettermy success. I remember how one of my teacherteachers made me to completelyfall in love Historywith history in Gradegrade 12 and changed, which raised my grades significantly in just a few months. I will be forever be thankful to teachers like her because I was ablewho enabled me to upsurgereally raise my pointsgrades and got intogain admission to a very good Universityuniversity.
