This is to inform you that the Log departmentDepartment received bill of Electricity onan electricity bill, dated July 10, 2017, &and forwarded it to the finance department on dated July 10, 2017 at 10:.55am.
However, the cheque was received on dated July 11, 2017 at 11:.45am onwhich was the due date, but due to Bank link downa broken ATM, the bill was not be paid & become lateon time.
