I, CPS investigator, Sharrai Benavides spoke with, Pat Emerson withfrom Texas Children's Pediatric Nanes. Ms. Emerson verified that Breanna Jarratt is a patient of Dr. Vinona Vohra. She informed me that, in their system, Breanna's last name is spelled Jarrett, instead of Jarratt, which promoted the confusion of not being able to locate her in pr4evious phone conversations. She was last seen in the office April 12th, 2016 for a new patient follow from the flu and is scheduled for a well check appointment June 28th, 2016.
