I, CPS investigator, Sharrai Benavides, spoke with Ms. Rubin today. Ms. Rubin stated that she is the paternal grandmother to Ms. Murdock's children. She stated that she has known Ms. Murdock since 2009, and believes that she is a good mother. Ms. Rubin last saw the family two days ago. She stated that she works for Metro lLift and visits after work during the evenings. Ms. Rubin believes the family has enough food to eat in the home. She stated that she has no concerns, and that the children love their mother. Ms. Rubin stated that she has never noticed any marks or bruises on the children. She states that no one in the home abuses drugs or alcohol. If she suspected abuse or neglect, Ms. Rubin would contact CPS or law enforcement.

She stated that she saw the family last Friday, and that the children looked happy. Ms. White stated that her sister is a good mother to her children. She stated that they have enough food to eat in the home. Ms. White has never noticed any marks or bruises on the children that were not accidental. She also stated that no one in the home uses drugs or drinks alcohol. If she suspected abuse or neglect, Ms. White would contact CPS or law enforcement.
