I have spoken with Kate and as you need deeper massage you should try Deep Tissue massage.
Deep Tissue massage is a lot stronger than Swedish Massage.
is also usinges different techniques eg. elbow for deeper pressure.
Kate probably asked if you wish to change yor massage from Swedish to Deep Tissue.
1h Deep Tissue massage costs 45, but you probably need only 40min focused on your shoulders.
