RESTRICTIONS. The recipient is prohibited to have a direct contact between the suppliers, agents, representatives, affiliates, all the related parties, and employees of Wynn Properties without the Owner's consent.

The Owner has full right to set up any meeting for the Recipient and all the related parties.
