We hereby inform you that 2 bidders disqualified. They did not pass in the technical evaluation stage which are, proposed incorrect specifications as per instruction of the ITT and Bulletin.
Currently we are in the 1st announcement of tender and we only have 1 bidder qualified, for the purpose of getting a competitive price of this bidding.Therefore because of the global low price in the world, we should to re-announce the tender.
