Cultural justice, or injustice, whasve been studied in an academia sincefor a long time ago, and several articles and journals were published on cultural justice. Derek Fincham, a professor of Law at Houston college of Law, describes cultural injustice as an "unfair treatment based on cultural practices, ideas, or a belief (Fincham)." The word justice is a very broad term, and takes many forms;. iIt can be social justice, economic justice, animal justice, environmental justice, and distributive justice. Social justice and cultural justice seem very similar to each other., Hhowever, these two are not necessarily the same concept. Social justice simply means unequal distribution of resources, opportunities, preventing people from exercising basic rights, and treating people in an inhuman way. On the other hand, cultural injustice means unfair treatment based on someone’s culture, religion, beliefs, values, ideas, and practices.
