In terms of contributing more in the group work, if my team mates ask.: I will not do the more work considering it more productive, but I will certainly will in the situation where my team members face some kind of emergency, like sickness. My response would be a little different at work because I don’t want to take someone’s burden by working more than what I am supposed to do. Also, I don’t have to remind a time and again of their duty in the workplace, because workplace requires more accountability and self-disciplined.
