Hope you are fine. , aAfter one week from our first meeting last Wednesday we have been working on:

1-. fFiltrating LDP team
2-. pPrepareing an educational plan for filtrated team
3-. The first task which was done inat a very good level which isand prepared a PPT for a specific topic
4-. The second task will be today which will be writing a script for PPT which they prepared .

sSome statistics
* the number of commitment ed members is 11 member
* more than 40% hasve minimalow knowledge about leadership and its needs
* 30% isare very weak in PPT and need to improve their skills
