In this paper we describe the improved, and efficiency comparative of content delivery network (CDN) for IPTV/VoD services to home via broadband Internet.; which requirements and available bandwidth without loss, delay. wWe propose a private CDN on Ean embedded device connection with an IPTV provider. wWe focus test VoD content is, a 1-hour with a resolution of HD 720p (1280x720) with speed internet 6 Mbps. We also chose VLC to display the current media, and stream statistics. uUse Wireshark, iPerf to capture network traffic between private CDN and public CDN. put; analyze all data and prepare graphs. tThe result can improve network efficiency and video quality for VoD streams,; the system canis able to stream audio that ranges from 92,252 buffers to 158,494 buffers up to 71%, lost buffers ranges 27 to 0 buffers, and stream video that ranges from 64,517 frames to 88,211 frames up to 36%, lost frames ranges 144 frames to 0 frames. Real-time traffic streams over a network outside at 3.75 Mbps,in-home 67 Mbps. tThe system is able to support higher resolutions and includes built-in Live Streaming and Time-shift function allows a user to record the channel broadcast.
