We found a few issues with the set-up that was done on 212, part # P003430110. For tThe first tool it was set at B-0. My thought is that this had to be done after running the first piece, because it would have crashed into the indexer. We changed it back to B270 before any harm was done. Also, a reliever was suppoused to be griounded on the drill so it would not rub on the part. We found that relief was not griounded off, and we solved that issue, as well, and kept running.
