An inspection will start on 3 of April, dependent ofn the end day of his current inspection end
ZUS inspector asked aus to prepare:
Payroll’s summaries for the years 2015-2016 in an electronic version for each month separately (total amounts processed on Payrolls without a detailed information)
A five Rp-7 reports issued for an employees in years 2015-2016
An annual statements for pensioners
ZUS inspector will verify also about 2 or 5 random calculations of sickness benefit
Calculation of a Labor Fund and a Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund contributions for employees after maternity leaves and for employees above 55 Years old - detailed scope to be confirmed with inspector tomorrow
A payroll calculations for interns – detailed scope to be confirmed with inspector tomorrow
A chart of accounts should be available for inspection in the electronic version
