I would like to make a complaint about refund for a blouse. The issue was caused by a very long delivery. I bouyght this blouse on 20 fFebruary, and iI wanted to give this blouse to my friend for her birthday. Becuause iI doidn't gretceive this blouse, i I demand a full refund of my money.
