User requirements are the following:
1- the system should store information about staff , admins , access keys and their Ppriority.
2- the system should store information about courses .
3- the system should store information about visitors.
4- the system should allow admins to add , delete, and modify accounts.
5- the system should allow admins to add , delete, and modify courses.
