Regarding the mentioned subject, and your time schedule you have sent in your last email, the end date of the schedule was on May 31, so please be informed as to the following:-

- the precast elements supplying situation is as the attached schedule.

- tilluntil now, all erection works for the elevations of building A have not been submitted to the consultant.

- Tilluntil now, all the sealant works for Building B ( External & internal ) are not finished.

all the conduit works for the stairs are not finished.

After finishing all erection works, the project needs a professional repair team, to finish the building.

By comparing the current situation for the project with the time schedule you have sent, willwe figure out you are way behind this schedule.
Based on all the mentioned above, we have full right to refer to you with all the consequences of this delay of material and moral damages.
