I have submitted a request to FISERV if they are able to create a memo that will be set automatically on DNA when a member updates their address on file. FISERV will be able to do this for us through the PS_INFOCHANGE_NOTICE.

What it will do is it will place an automatic memo on the member's profile when an address change wasis processed. A pop uppop-up memo will then come up on DNA when a teller or call center rep searchsearches for the membermember's profile on DNA.

There is a Monthly recurring license fee of $266.67 to run this job.
