Hi Edna and David,
Thank you so much for your assistance with the scanner last night. As a result I was able to successfully scan two checks this morning ,. However, the same issue occurred when trying to post athe third check. As agreed, until the new scanner is set up I will be asking ONL to scan any checks that I may receive until the new scanner is set up.
