Response to the request made to reestablish Malik Silva as a Nurse in the Nightingale’s Home.

As the NightingalNightingale's Home management, and on behalf of HR manager Mr. Xavier Athapaththu , we would like to appreciate your heartiest effortefforts to rehabiliteerehabilitate the young generation who are addicted with theto drugs. As you’re an opinion leader in our society, we would like to accept your comments, before it ashowever, the HR department of the home would like to hi-lighthighlight some comments about the one yearhis one-year tenure of him.

He
was started his carrier with our Nursingnursing home onin June 2015 and finished the contract onin July 2016. AlmostFor almost one year of work tenure, he worked as trainee Nursenurse and Nursenurse, under 06 month6-month probation. During the 06 month6-month training period, he was found seriouslyto be in serious misconduct inof the home’s safety rules and the higherexhibited high absenteeism. Based on the above misconduct incidentincidents, our management decided placedto place him under 06 month6-month probationary period as a Nursenurse, by following the home’s progressive disciplinary policy.
