Joan supported changes as it pertainedpertaining to our new flood process which was requiringrequire flood validation prior to sending out final documentation to our customers. Even though we all encountered frustration with the overall uncertainty in the new process changes, Joan focused on keeping a positive attitude. She can be counted on to ensure that she is continuously following the new flood process, which will help mitigate risk and drive for efficiencies.
