I ran a self-pay report for all minors who hashad their namenames listed where the subscriber policy number iswas listed, and the verification team are is correcting the errorserror by entering the parent’s name/responsible partyparent/ responsible party's names where the subscriber’s name is listed. I am running the report quarterly so that we can catch these. Would you mind mentioning to your team to please enter the parent’s name/responsibleparent/ responsible party’s name in the subscriber’s name field, and not in the subscriber’s policy field?
