I would like to highlight that when any audit is initiated, we need to identify the scope and purpose of the audit to assist the audit team impeccably. In the letter you have sent me on 29th29 March 2018, there was no indication on which project, area, or period the audit will be conducted.

Given that information, we would also require a notice period of, at least, one week to mobilize resources and our staff. It would be utterly challenging for us to collect the data across several regions if we are given less than 7 working days to accumulate the data.

We would be delighted to collaborate with the audit team if you enlighten us about the scope and purpose of the audit, hence accordingly the plan can be made, which will enable the audit team to perform the audit efficiently.
