On Friday, October 27, 2018, at approximately 12 midnight, I was confronted by a Hispanic male upon arriving to my vehicle parked in lot 20. by a Hispanic male atAt first glance, he was identified as a an EVS worker because of his uniform, and was later identified by the name David per his supervisors. David was upset about a parking violation he received earlier in the evening. heHe began by yelling and using profanity towardswith me. I Triedtried to explain to him what the rules were, but after seeing that there was no chance of reasoning with him, as he continued his rant, I proceeded to get into my vehicle and back out of the parking stall. heHe stepped in front of my vehicle continueand continued with his threats stating, "I’m going to beat your ass. I know what you drive now. ifIf I see you out on the streets, I’m going to fuck you up," Etcetc. He begins to take pictures of my personal vehicle and accusing me of keying his car, stalking him, etc. atAt this point in time, I seesaw a Whitewhite van pullingpull into lot 20, Whichwhich, from seeing it around campus, is usually driven by the EVS supervisors I got their attention and. I stepped out of my vehicle, I got their attention, and I approached the driverdriver's side window. thereThere was a black male and a Hispanic female inside the van. I begin Byby asking if they were David’s supervisors. theyThey both confirmed by saying yes. I explainexplained to them what was going on. David came over to the van shortly there after, still ranting, and now began invading my personal space, so I told him several times to back off. hisHis supervisors told him three times to calm down, followed by the black male exiting the van and walking over to the driverdriver's side Ofof the van and physically making him back off.
