Following our conversation yesterday, please note that it is necessary the following points are necessary:

1- ItsIt's preferable that the boutique hadhas an independent phone number (Landline(landline or direct Mobile)mobile), as it is the case for all the Boutique’sboutique designers in town, especially if the boutique is in another location than the couture showroom, so. So, it is preferable to have an independent number for the simple reason that: Whenwhen the client will callcalls our showroom 01……(01…… for x requestrequest), she will be directed by the person who will answer the call to the nearest salesperson (showroom team) by the person who answers the call, since they didn'twon't know which exactly which collection the client is looking for.
The team will naturally takemake an appointment, since the client at the beginning didn'tthe client won't know exactly which dress is from which collection and vice-versa.
I doubt that the showroom team will transfer the client’s requests/purchase’srequests/purchase requests to the boutique, since they start the purchase experience and passing time trying different dresses and looks.

This scenario will, of course, affect the boutique’s target and productivity.

Knowing that there are almost no walk-in visitors since the shop is not located in the boutique's commercial area.
So, most clients send requests through social media, digital website, calling or requesting appointments to see a specific dress, and all this process is executing in the office/showroom.

2- On the other hand, as you know, all of the social media requests are treated by Karen, and she automatically directed towardsdirects them toward the showroom team for all kindkinds of requestrequests. Kindly note that we also need to clarify Also this process for Allall digital requests, social media, and website, so each request goes forto the right department.

Please take these remarks into consideration because it is essential tofor the proper operation of the shop and to avoid any kind of confusion or misunderstanding.
