This document serves to clarify the means by which travel should be arranged and the parameters that must be adhered to.

Travel Arrangements

in In case of business travel, your direct manager should forward the approved email from the business executive to the Managing Directors and CC the HR team within a considerable time before the business trip, clarifying the dates and the reason for travel.
After approval, the HR team
will prepare all needed documents (travel invitations & paying visa fees).
After returning, please submit all receipts (gasoline &
Mobilemobile invoice) to the HR team to review it and to be approved fromby the managingManaging Directors for reimbursement.

Air Travel is reserved by the Managing Directors
, economic; economy class. UpgradingAny upgrade to a higher class willis to be paid by the traveler.
Extra Baggage Fees will be reimbursed if it was required for company equipment
.
Accommodation is reserved by the Managing Directors on Airbnb
.
Car Rentals: Cars are rented by individuals traveling only when transportation
areis unavailable, more costly, or impractical and gasoline dispensed within the working days is reimbursed.
Travel Per diem:
willWill be added to your account before travelling.

Spouse/Guest/Personal Travel Combined with Business Travel
: expensesExpenses for family members or guests are not reimbursable. However; however, in exceptional cases, families are included, depending on frequency and recurrence of the business trip.

Telecommunications:
TmobileT-mobile is the preferred service provider.

Other Reimbursable Expenses
Laundry/Valet:
inIn case of long trips.
Business
lunch/dinnerlunches/dinners.

Receipts are required for all miscellaneous reimbursable expenses
, except bag tips.

Payment and Documentation:
Travelers must submit original receipts to the HR
department after completion of travel.
Reimbursement will take place within one month from
submitting thesubmission of documents.

Responsibilities: Before traveling, each employee will have a meeting with his direct manager clarifying his responsibilities and the contact person in case of emergency
