oSo I realized that I am to consciously make an effort (try, endeavour, give my best shot, put in some work etc.) in behaving the way God expects me to! The responsibility of having a good christianChristian behaviour does not totally fall on the Holy Spirit. His purpose is to help me in usinguse my words and actions to glorify God. He doesn’t act for me! Yes, he will teach me, he will guide me and he will remind me of the scriptures! But I must continue to consciously yield to his promptings or nudges. Having a good christianChristian conduct or behavior is amy own decision of my will, not the Holy Spirit’s. When you become born-again, you do not lose your mind, you are only expected to renew it! Renewing it means to change the way you reason, respond to situations or behave.
