It wasThere have been unexpected incidents occurring abouton the Call Log System ofas the MHD's PC network was malfunctioned since yesterdaystarted malfunctioning last night after the I.T. maintenance job at 11:00 p.m.

TodayThis morning, when I arrived at the office at 8:40, Tony and Alex of the I.T. team arewere inspecting and fixing the network issues. Advisory and Telecare Service have resumed their normal functions already, but the DT Service system was not fixed, such asand IP phones could not handle the inbound callcalls until 11 a.m.

Now I'm going to lunch, Tony and Alex are still stay in MHD to monitor the PC network and; I will keep you updated. Thanks.
