I present to you a project proposal for research and development of four medicines in the form of gummy candy containing an active pharmaceutical ingredient. Paracetamol 125 & 240 mg/candy, ibuprofen 100mg/candy, and guaifenesin 100mg/candy, were thesethe the most drugs usedused drugs for kids to treat coughcoughs, reduce fever and treat pain or inflammation caused by many conditions, such as headache, toothache, back pain, arthritis, menstrual cramps, or minor injury.
These gummy candy medicines will goesgo through the four phases asthat any new medicine in another dosage form goes through it, as shown in table 1. The four phases will take four years to prepare four gummy candy medicines CTD file - Table 2 - ready for registration in the Ministry of Health.
