I revised all the Frontfront desk issues (Mobile Chat(mobile chat response rate meets standard, GuestVoice Alertguest voice alert response rate meets standard, 4four of each item not present, Microwavemicrowave plate dirty, Liquorliquor closet unlocked) and my Teamteam and I agreedhaveagreed to take immediate actionsaction to avoid these issues to occurrecurring. Effective as offrom now, all front desk associates have been instructed to check mobile chat response rate and guestVoiceguest voice alert response rate every thirty (30) minutes and all. All cases should be promptly answered and closed at all times. They are all aware that disciplinary actions (verbal warning and formal written warning) will be addressed to them if they are not following these instructions Furthermore, 4with regard to four of each item not present and microwave plate dirty, the front desk team have been instructed to process the market inventory every fifteen (15) minutes as well as the status of the microwave. They will also have to follow-upfollow up with housekeeping about the time they call and when housekeeping come to complete this task. Tony will be aware of timethe time slot of the completion of this task. For the liquor closet, as of today, the front desk associate does not have access to it, unless authorized by the Manager on duty who is overseeing all the transactions. As of now, all employees are aware that we are reviewing their weekly performance and appropriate progressive discipline will be donecarried out when employees repeat offenses or fail to correct issues after being warned.
