I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed since coming into college and getting asked what I want to do in the future. I’ve always thought that I would be doing taxes until one of my current mentors who used to do taxes told me that she had to work long hours and didn’t have much time to spend with her family. However, like you said, everyone is different, so I’ll just wait until I start classes in the MPA program before I choose, but it’s definitely reassuring to hear that I don’t need to know exactly what I will be doing in the future right at this moment.
