Yadira has been with Ross for over 12 years, promoted from a part-time hourly position. She has experience in several high-volume turnaround assignments in El Paso, Midland, and Odessa. She has a positive attitude and has a track record of overcoming significant obstacles in variance positions, including year of yearyear-by-year shortage improvements in shrink focus stores. Her strengths include leading by example, business acumen, and builds talent. She is responsible for 2 SM promotion and various ASM and AS promotions. She is a subject matter expert on Ross process/program and knows how to gain buy-in and ownership from her team. Yadira has many accomplishments at Ross, including winning R2 Store Manager of the yearYear in 2018. She is actively working on improving her written communication and has shown progress in her most recent assignments.
