We are sure not all the issues may not pertain to the vendors alone.

Post Ph1 also,Also, post phase 1 we have implemented many change requests, as per the previously agreed payment terms, Ii.e. 30 % upon Signaturesignature, 40 % onupon scope delivery, and the remaining 30 % onupon acceptance.

Now, due to the current exceptional situation only, we have agreed to move ahead with the new payment terms for the ECAMS phase 2. This is the best we can agree to.
