My personal approach to leadership, in one word, would have to be Passion. Many people want and try to become leaders, but don’t have the passion that it takes to succeed. I feel that when others see how passionate you are butabout what you are doing, others then seem to trust you more. When the passion is gone, others will pick up on that and see you as someone they no longer want leading them.

I think that my role model in life is my mom. She has shown me what passion means, as she is very passionate about her job as a teacher. She is always there for, not only for her own kids, but for her school kids as well. She is always there to listen to anyone’s problems, and alwayshe always gives the best advice.
