As per our meeting today, Itit is good news to know that the opening of the airport will take place on 20-11-2020, and in order to discuss the opening with Spainthe Spanish main office, we will need a written a notification/letter confirming the opening, as you are aware that:

1- We don’t have any sales at the current time and we have expenses we have been paying since September 2019.
2- Compliance Officer & MLRO, and Financial & Admin Manager needs to give one month notice, and if they join without opening it will be very difficult to pay them without operation/sales.
3- If we receive the confirmation this week, we needsneed to complete the hiring process.
4- And to arrange4- Arrange the trainer to do the training for our Bahrain subsidiary staff.
5- Spain IT technician needs to fly to Bahrain and complete the outstanding work in the branches.

Also, we would appreciate it if you can inform us about the airport charges and when itthey will start, what. What will be the charges, speciallybe? Especially now that we will have less passengers/travelerfewer passengers/travellers due to COVID-19.
