I am one of thehad been a customer of bsnl from lastBSNL for 15 yearyears.but from last 2 month iam not.i choosen bsnl not onlyTwo months ago I stopped using BSNL for the internet or aand landline because I knowknew I havehad far better option isoptions there in indiaIndia.but I choose thischose the BSNL service because I love my country and bsnl isBSNL belongs to my country directly.But unfortunately 2 monthUnfortunately, two months back the service isthey disconnected ,whenmy service. When I contact thecontacted customer care they are simply said some one callcalled them and said that nothey did not need the connection �� anymore, so they disconnected the service.i I wonder how it's possible,because iamthat's possible? I am the owner and I usehave used the landline number fromfor the past 15 year braid band using fromyears and the broadband for the last four yearyears.And I paid all the bills with no penalties in every month., but suddenly someone callcalls and they disconnect without any notice or any information .what What a fabulous service. The main joke is started after that.i was go I went to the kannurKannur head office at leatleast four time in this corona daystimes during the Coronavirus and trytried to ask why it's happen?..everythis happened? Every time I got the one answer that issame answer-the manager is on vacation ..Shen can onlyand is the only one who can answer the question.then Then why the hell they are sitting there.there? Any way I takegot the broadband connection from otheranother provider and they are giving me wonderful service .because in theseAt this time every one need internet.especialyneeds the internet, especially for our children's study purposepurposes. I don't need the service from the bsnlBSNL anymore, but I want to know why this happened and who did this.iam I am sure this iswas not a mistake',some one is missusedmistake. Someone misused their chairauthority and position., but why?
If I get thean answer at least I can tell my self that iamI am not wrong about BSNL.
