My name is Habimfura Romeo, born on 18th November, 2000 in Kigali City, Rwanda with passport number; PC 350700.i I live in Kigali City, Rwanda.

I am writing this letter as remonstration for the rejection of my visa application I received from the polishPolish embassy on 10th marchMarch, 2021. My studying permit visa was refused for the reason that i“haveI have not justified the purpose and the intended stay, and I didn’t provide a certificate issued by the entity wichwhich offer the studies regarding my enrollmentenrolment or continuation of the studies.”

Firstly, the purpose of my stay is and will be studying. I submitted all documents as required by the embassy, except the accommodation letter and confirmation letter (final decision) that are provided by the school, because payment was made a little bit laterlate and it took long for the school to send me those documents.

AndIn addition, according to the last visa interview, I would like to state courses that I’ll be pursuing at warsaw university major:management specialtyWarsaw University - Major: Management Specialty: IT Management and courses that I will be studying in IT Management are: network principles, database development and management, standard it software, E-commerce, and organization and planning skills.

I also submitted my sponsorship letter from my father, bank statements and employment contracts. I bilieave thatbelieve these demonstrate available funds and his continuous salary, Itwhich will be enough to cover my tuition fees as well as other necessary related expenses during my stay in Poland.

My booked flight to Poland is on 21 march, 2021 to Poland. I hope you can reply to my appeal as soon as possible Inin order to not meet the deadline of the student registration that has been extended until……? At warsaw universityat Warsaw University of businessBusiness, as it is mentioned in the extension letter.
