Annual Event: PAWS Kuwait
PAWS is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to rescuerescuing animals in need of any type of care, after giving animals support and assistance, such as medical care, they. They put animals up for adoption and have them live in foreign countries.
In February 2019, my cousin Muneera and I got invited to the PAWS “Paw Prints” event, which was located in Kuwait City. We went there around 4:30 pm by car, when. When we arrived, volunteers were nearly done preparing the event;. The place was huge and colorful with banners that held beautiful paintings of animals. At 5:00 pm, the place was crowded with all kinds of people who are in love with animals.
Muneera approached a volunteer and asked for the event, they said it was to gather money to help fund the aid of the animals, the range of aid was from medicines to flight tickets;. So, we went and donated for the cause. There was a band of musicians playing “Happy” by Pharrell Williams, which reflected my feelings and made me thrilled and energetic. They also had a big circular table which had many delicious-looking treats such as cookies, brownies and mini waffles coated with chocolate. Both Muneera and I couldn’t hold ourselves, she took 3 cookies, and I went and took some waffles, they tasted very rich in chocolate and the waffle’s texture was perfect. Overall, it was an outstanding event, and I enjoyed everything so much.
I highly recommend anyone, not only animal lovers, to have a walk through the event. It was very enjoyable and had jubilant and fun vibes. You will not regret a second you’ve spent in Paw Prints!
