As you all know , the mentorship that management people wants us to implement, it is meant for improving or enhancing or bettering the new pe Municipa ople on our very much esteemed Lakeside lity. We are conradulating congratulate the new people and welcome each and every one of them. So don’t forget , we are privilaged privileged to be working on in a pleasant enviroment environment and you were also young recruits once. For example , whe n I joined here at Lakeside the senior staffs staff we re always being very friendly and helpful, so I don’t understand why this these days we find some a few complainscomplaints about this thing of being asked to do some mentorship, why . Why are you complaining. complaining? New staffs, they staff don’t have a lot of experience. But , just the their qualifica tions only. So Managementmanagement is just trying to keep up the good work of quality service to the community and the public at large. The guidelines , whereby you need to mentorship mentor the young ones, and we hope you undersunderstand the young ones must be lead, it is goi t and that ng toit will be appreciated for you to read the policy when you read this email. Please, I am begging you to see this as not a problem, as not a challenge, as not a bullybullying, as not a want, as not a force, but a beauti ful constructive opportunity to help us grow us, because together we grow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw a movie once about a man who mentorship mentored another one and then the other one came back as a billionar e billionaire and he was thanking the mentorship his mentor for leading him to fly like an eagle.
