After leaving the company, the Contractor agrees not to work with BrightestMinds clients or with leads outside BrightestMinds, and can not hire or recommend BrightestMinds employees to outside organisations for thea period of 5 years from the termination date. Failure to comply may lead the contractorContractor to be subjected to a 20,000 euro fine per each breach of the above terms. The contractorContractor agrees not to execute anything that can potentially lead to a negative outcome for BrightestMinds team members and the company.


Contractors are prohibited from working on multiple jobs in different fields during thisthe validity of this contract without a formal confirmation from BrightestMinds HR, failure. Failure to coplaycomply may result in fines due to lost clients, and immediate termination without notice.
