Evaluating raw material sampling and testing according to quality standard.
Perform inbound packaging material and warehouse truck inspection.
Check COA, batch documentation and compare results to specification.
Quality production line checks to ensure that all packed product are within specification through each batch inspection (pH, viscosity, moisture, bulk density, appearance, colour and taste) and action to comfomancecompliance.
Report any non confirmingnon-confirming product and raise NCR.
Verification and monitoring of CCP, CAPA, PRP'sPRPs, OPRP'sOPRPs GMP and SOP.
Perform task of GMP inspection, pest control inspection and cleaning equipment inspection.
Daily calibration of lab instruments, scale verification and generate GLP.
Conduct daily sensory evalutionevaluation, standard preparation and record of the sensory results.
Investigate root cause analysis and close off customer complaints.
Assist in performing task of traceability, mock recall and stockage report.
Assist in maintaining compliance to AIB and FFSSC 22000 accreditation and audit follow up.
Conduct internal audit and document review.
