I am currently looking for postdoc opportunities, and. I have keenly followed your research and projects since 2016, when I attended your talk at AACR to the last one at Karolinska Institute. I am really interested in your ongoing topics of identifying the MAFG role using metastasis mouse models, and I liked your publications thatwhich focused on ARID1A chromatin regulation in breast cancer.
During my Ph.D., I have mainly worked with animal mouse models, ChIP-Seq studies, and bioinformatics analysis. I have set up and successfully mapped genome-wide chromatin binding of different histone marks (H3K27AC, H3K4Me) and nuclear receptors (ER, P65, PROX1) in different cell lines and tissues such as colon, and ovary which is challenging with the low sample availability. I found your research very rewarding and relevant to my skills and interests.
