First of all, I would like to thank you for understanding our difficulties and giving ABC a six month period of time extension for the execution of the amendment to the technical services agreement between ABC and UOP LLC. Secondly, please accept our apology for not being able to execute the same within the said extended period of time due to country lockdown duesubsequent to the severe spread of the COVID-19 virus. At the very last step of getting the approval from our Board of Directors, the following points waswere raised with regards to the amendment to the Technical Services Agreement.

1. The annual fee calculating formula has been revised in the amendment document in such a way that ABC does not get the potential price advantage due to a lower BLS index reported for a concerned year. Since the fee has already been increased significantly by revising the fixed value of formula from 18,400 to 70,000 to reflect the current annual fee requirement, the ABC Board of Directors areis of the view that it is inappropriate to include a lower cap condition to the formula. As such, it is suggested to remove the condition posed in the annual fee formula allowing the fee to vary according to the BSC index.

2. Considering the current timeline and the fact that we have fully paid the annual fee for year 2021, we would like tokindly request to changethat the effective date of the amendment as 01stbe changes to 1st January 2022.
