Good Evening Ladies,

This email is in reference to filling the two remaining positions of Financial Secretary and Treasurer that were not filled after our election on December 18, 2021.

I have reached out to all members of the Women's Scholarship Club, Inc., and spoken with everyone, except for Shemelia Taylor and Kelly Taylor in reference to filling these positions within the Executive Board. I called them both and sent them both a message via text message andbut still have not heard back from them.

All other members have expressed no interest at this time in filling the two offices, except for April Hill-Jones, who is awaiting to see where she is needed. Therefore, we will discuss this matter at the Executive Board Meeting on Wednesday, January 12, 2021 and make a determination as to how we will proceed with this matter.
