2. Through this letter, RSNF informs you that Navantia did not respond to the RSNF letters mentioned above. These letters (1.a, 1.b) regarding shipment of all documents, statements, and certificates for H.M.S Al-Jubail to KSA, which are essentially requiredessential requirements for RSNF preparation to receive HMS Al-Jubail and Navantia, shall be shipped urgently. Although in letter (1.c)1.c RSNF mentioned some issues discovered after delivering the HMS AL-Jubail that’sthat have affected ship readiness, including(including missing shore power connection, some collecting tanks were not being discharged, lakelate provisioning of (DFMDFM, Lubelube oil, Freshwater, Hydraulic oil)freshwater and hydraulic oil, and equipment filters werebeing found dirtydirty), these issues shall be corrected by Navantia to avoid occurs once againrecurrences in HMS Al-Diryiah and further ships. Therefore, RSNF insists on their concern regarding the above issues and NavantiaNavantia's delayed actions to correct them, so any further delay in corrective actions will affect the system acceptance and Navantia will be responsible for such a delay.
