This is to thein reference ofto the above subject. itIt is to inform you that we have opt storm fiberinstalled StormFiber internet in September 2020, and within two or three months after installation, we havewe started facing issues in the connectivity and speed of the internet, we. We have contacted your technical team numerous time on which they havetimes. Each time, they installed an old device in exchange offor our new device, which washad been installed earlier, at the time of installation. They kept our new device in their travelling vehicle, whichbut that device was eventually our property at that time as we paid for it,; they just took it without our permission/concern as it was our new device, not the used one.
Furthermore, Youryour technical team changed our device multiple times but they never installed any new device. theyThey always installed old devices which wasthat were already not working properly, but now it’s been more than a year , and our device is not working properly. we are complainingWe have complained again and again to your technical team. on which they firstlyThey first took it for granted and never taketook our issue to resolve onbe resolved as a priority, and now, as always, they again asked us to change our device and pay for new device installation charges. Now my query is why did I hadhave to pay for installation of a new device aswhen there iswas no external damage or voltage problem from my side (your team checked it too), it’stoo)? It’s completely a systematic issue from your side.
As a storm fiberStormFiber customer, I am highly disappointed with your internet, and its poor speed, as well as your customer servicesservice, and from now onwards, I don’t want to continue receiving your services. Kindly take your old and non-workable device.
