As a student, I am fully responsible for my grades, and I am aware that it is my fault for not staying on top of my assignments. Consequently, I waited until the last minute to send you this email. I understand that you may not be able to respond until normal business hours. If I may, could I still submit my topic despite the possibility that I will receive partial/no credit. Lastly, I would like to apologize and reassure you that I will not let this happen again. I have had a hard time this semester trying to juggle 5 classes with my everyday life, so I once again apologize for this inconvenience and can only hope to move forward and have a great semester.
