Managing a project effectively encompasses not only technical aspects but also the intricate realm of human factors. This evaluation delves into the human aspects of managing the project, with a particular focus on HR plan, risk management, change management, and stakeholder management. These aspects are crucial in contemporary project management, as they profoundly influence project outcomes, team dynamics, and stakeholder satisfaction (Schwalbe, 2018). According to (Daniel and Inim, 2020) defines Project management is defined as a bid of attained techniques, tactics and skills in supervision of project procedure from its commencement to its termination (Daniel and Inim, 2020). Risk management in project management involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks that may affect project objectives (Hillson & Simon, 2007). Change management addresses the human response to alterations in project scope, processes, or technologies (Kotter, 2006) . Stakeholder management is about identifying and engaging stakeholders to understand their expectations and address their concerns (Freeman, 1984). This description will temporarily scrutinize the human characteristics on the construction of the 100 - bed for Covid-19 specially for the hospital through the firm Kiros Slonis (SA) on a local government compound in inhabited zone to quarter COVID - 19 sick persons. This description will continue to probe temporarily into the HR plan, deliver information about probable project-project associated matters concerning crucial stakeholders, and debate the change management (see appendix), communication plans and risk management.
