Currently, we are getting a daily backup report in E-mail from OEM and re-executing all failed database backup after createing an incident manually,; once it wills implemented, no need to follow E-mail and create an incident manually for failed backup.
As a backup report gets generated, serviceNow will create Iincident auto and assigned it to Database Operations.
