Currently we are getting daily backup reports in E-mail from OEM and re-executing all failed database backup after createing an incident manually,. oOnce it wills implemented there is no need to follow E-mail and create an incident manually for failed backup.
As a backup report gets generated serviceNow will create an Incident auto and assigned it to Database Operations.
